About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to the products we sell. This website is run by Mesura Studio.

Buying our products

Our products are sold through Etsy, and Etsy’s terms also apply to your purchase. The price and details at checkout on Etsy are the ones that count.

Using our products

Each product is licensed for the personal use described in its listing. Please don’t share, resell or redistribute the files or any part of them.

Our products are do it yourself. Setup, hosting and custom design aren’t included. Any third party service you connect, such as Google Sheets or a hosting provider, has its own terms.

Withdrawal and refunds

Our products are instant digital downloads. If you agreed at checkout that the download starts straight away, the 14 day EU right of withdrawal may no longer apply once it has started.

If a product doesn’t work as described, message us and we’ll fix it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

Your data and backups

Some products store your data in your browser or in a file you choose. Clearing your browsing data can delete it, so please keep a backup.

Information, not advice

Our guides and Mesura Money are for general information and personal organisation. They aren’t financial, tax, investment or legal advice.

Our content

The content and design of this website and our products belong to us or our licensors. Example photos are for display only and aren’t part of what you buy.

Liability

We take care with this website and our products, but we can’t promise they will always be free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
