Who we are

This website is run by Mesura Studio. To contact us, message our Etsy shop. We are responsible for the personal data handled through this website.

When you visit this website

We have no accounts or advertising on this website, and we don’t set cookies ourselves. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, popular pages and where traffic comes from. We don’t use it to identify you.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you request, in order to deliver and protect the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

When you buy a product

Purchases happen on Etsy. Etsy handles your order and payment under its own privacy policy, and we receive the order details we need to help you.

When you use our products

Our apps and templates run on your own device or accounts. We don’t receive what you enter into them, such as your budget, guest list or client details. You are responsible for any personal data you add about other people.

When you contact us

If you write to us, we use your details to reply, and keep them only as long as we need to. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps related to a purchase.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Etsy may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, those providers state that they use recognised safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy. Message our Etsy shop to do this. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, for example if we start an email list.
